Introduction

The Norfolk Pie Man is a family run cafe in Sheringham. MCT was invited to plan and install all aspects of the new commercial kitchen project. Working closely with owner Anthony Mattocks, we planned and successfully met their brief.

The customer needed the kitchen to be easy to clean and maintain after each service and to have a high-quality extraction and ventilation system installed.

We provided and installed all new white grade plastic and stainless-steel wall cladding as well as UPVC food grade ceiling cladding. In addition, we fabricated the canopy extraction hood and ductwork outside of the building that meets the Health and Safety requirements in the kitchen.

Norfolks Pieman cafe contacted MCT after a recommendation from another company from design and through the whole process to completion Nigel and his team were prompt hard working and very professional. The standard of finish in my new kitchen was even higher than I expected. One very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.
