Introduction
North Norfolk Cellar is a modern wine business dedicated to making wine more accessible and enjoyable for everyday occasions. As an independent UK company specialising in online retail, they combine expert knowledge with a practical, customer-first approach to wine selection, helping customers choose with confidence.
Following their move into a new property, North Norfolk Cellar required a complete kitchen transformation, starting from a blank canvas. The objective was to create a fully functional, hygienic, and efficient commercial kitchen environment, designed to support seamless day-to-day operations while meeting all relevant food safety standards.
The original space was not equipped to support a functional commercial kitchen, so our team delivered a complete turnkey refurbishment. Combining building works, bespoke fabrication, and specialist installation, every element was designed with durability, compliance, and practicality in mind.
Our in-house builders installed white uPVC wall cladding throughout the kitchen, wash-up area, walkway, and food store, creating a seamless, easy-to-clean finish that meets strict hygiene standards. We also laid K30 slip-resistant flooring across the kitchen, wash-up, and food storage areas, providing a safe, durable surface suited to high-traffic environments.
To support ventilation, we designed and installed a bespoke canopy and extraction system above the cooking line, effectively removing heat, smoke, and fumes while improving overall air quality.
We also supplied and fitted bespoke stainless-steel tabling across the kitchen and warewashing areas. These high-quality surfaces were tailored to the space, enhancing workflow efficiency while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
The result is a fully operational, compliant kitchen that is both practical and easy to maintain, already delivering noticeable improvements to day-to-day operations.
